Growing up with immigrant parents coming from the Philippines, we had these sick Filipino shields with all these weapons on em with the family name. Dunno what the names or words meant, but the shield was always instilled in memory. (Shoot I should actually look up all those words right now! Haha)

Thru the journey of Primitive Fit, starting a business, being a father, being a son, and just life in general, it really makes u think and appreciate all the generations before us. And it really makes u think of what important values, lessons and stories we want to leave our kids and the future generations. Stories of Love, health, strength, courage, honour, love, God. Legacies are built brick by brick and it’s up to each and every one of us to build on the foundation.
