Afterschool & Adult Health Programs

Primitive Fit is committed to building a healthier community by focusing on prevention and timeless wellness principles. We offer practical health programs for both youth and adults, rooted in traditional fitness, sport, self-defense, nutrition, and mentorship.

Our goal is to tackle the biggest challenges in public health—including obesity, violence, mental health struggles, and the high costs of healthcare.

By strengthening individuals through these foundations, we create a stronger, safer, and more resilient society for everyone.

    Our Mission

    1. Drastically improve public health outcomes with Preventive Health Solutions & Blue Zone Principles

    - Our program aims to help reduce obesity, improve mental health and resiliency, do it with maximum, long term impact, & build healthier generations

    2. Parental & Family Aid

    - Giving kids a place to grow in those critical hours from 3-6pm when youth are off school, parents are still working and could use need much needed support.

    3. Save Taxpayer dollars by relieving long term burden on the public infrastructure

    - By improving mental and physical health we can help lessen reliance on public healthcare, help reduce violence and crime, and lower taxpayer burden. We aim to help in the most impactful areas

    Preventative Health Solutions

    Shifts focus from treatment of sickness and disease to prevention, aiming to build health to improve both lifespan (years lived) and healthspan (years lived in good health). Prioritizing lifestyle optimization, including education, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and emotional & physical well-being.

    A healthier society eases pressure on healthcare, boosts productivity, and cuts costs from chronic diseases. Strong people build a culture of responsibility, discipline, and toughness—improving work, family, and community life. Primitive Fit promotes simplicity and purpose, creating a community that values lasting health over quick solutions.

    Blue Zone Principles

    “Blue Zones” refers to regions where people live significantly longer, often reaching 100+ years with remarkable health & vitality. Based on extensive research, their longevity is tied to shared values & behaviors that contribute to physical, mental, & social well-being. Our Community Health Initiative is built on these principles:

    - Arming people with purpose,

    - Learning respect and tradition from our Elders,

    - Fostering social connection,

    - Staying healthy and strong,

    - Building resilience &

    - Learning to live simply.

Afterschool Program from 3-6pm

    Daily Education: An hour w/ the elders

    The first hour of each day is vital where guest mentors step forward to share wisdom, bridging the gap between generations. Education through mentorship is about transferring knowledge, forging character, and real-world skills in the younger generation, shaping everyday heroes ready to navigate the challenges of life with courage and honor.

    Day 1: Strengthen

    Strength training, exercise, and proper nutrition build lasting health, resilience, and mental clarity. They prevent disease and empower individuals to face life’s challenges with vigor, becoming everyday heroes in their own stories.

    Day 2: Teamwork

    Through team sports, we learn culture, skills, hustle, competition, and working towards a common goal. Teamwork is the backbone of success across all walks of life—be it marriage, family, business, community, or sports.

    Day 3: Resilience

    Training in martial arts and self-defense builds not only physical strength but also mental toughness, discipline, and confidence—key for handling life’s daily challenges and hardships. It teaches focus and persistence, helping people face stress and difficulties like a warrior, giving the ability to protect themselves and others.
